Donate $10 to help support Women’s Work.
NPTC is asking 1,000 people to give us $10 by May 31st, which is the end of our current fiscal year. These funds are critical to the Women's Work Short Play Festival in August, and help us in the early fall before our government funding is renewed.
Individual donations are especially important in these deeply uncertain times.
Political disruption is at a level not seen in generations. A volatile economy threatens all but the most affluent. The very fabric of our cultural, educational and social structures are at risk.
As we grapple with this reality, supporting the Arts may seem like a low priority. But documented studies prove that, during stressful times, they become more important than ever as a means to communicate information, foster empathy and understanding, and strengthen the health and well being of individuals and communities.
We recognize that many in the NPTC "Family" receive multiple requests for donations and, for those inclined to give, might find it difficult to determine where your gift will have the greatest impact.
Donations to NPTC will support Artist Fees for our two Women's Work LABs, On Her Shoulders readings, and especially OCCUPATION, the annual Meganne George Women's Work Short Play Festival running August 3-8, 2026.
Just click HERE to donate $10 immediately via PayPal (and add an extra 52cents for credit card charge); or via Zelle with no fees! (melody@newperspectivestheatre.org). You can also mail a check payable to New Perspectives Theatre Company at 456 West 37th Street, NY, NY 10018.
Can't afford to donate yourself or want to do more? Then please SHARE this request with your personal networks. This is actually one of the MOST VALUABLE contributions you can make to NPTC!
Unlike other small theatre companies, we mostly serve artists and audiences who are not in a position to financially support the work. And although that feeds our souls, it doesn't do enough for our bank account! We could not survive without the generosity of friends and fans, and we are enormously grateful for any and all donations that help keep the work going.
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY AMOUNT YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE, AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT AN UPCOMING EVENT.
